Varnish Nails & Beauty is hiring a professional and creative Receptionist / Salon Coordinator to support front-desk operations in our high-end Yaletown salon.

This in-salon role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, beauty retail, appointment booking, POS systems, and social media content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Front desk reception and guest experience
Appointment booking and schedule management
Answering phones and client inquiries
POS operation and payment processing
Retail sales and product recommendations
Maintaining reception, waiting, and retail areas
Assisting management with daily operations
Creating, planning, and posting social media content (Instagram posts, stories, reels, promotions)
Engaging with followers and responding to messages
Capturing in-salon content (services, products, team)

Qualifications
Experience in reception, retail, or customer service
Beauty, skincare, or nail industry knowledge required




Social media content creation experience required
Solid communication and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Comfortable working independently
Part-time position

Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.25 per hour
