Elite Image Design & Print is a locally owned design, print and signage company in Nanaimo. We are looking for a friendly, organized and dependable Receptionist to join our team.

This is an entry-level position with training provided and a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build their experience in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience and helping our busy front office run smoothly.
Greeting customers and assisting at the front desk
Answering and directing phone calls
Responding to general email inquiries
Taking customer information and directing requests to the appropriate team member
Processing customer payments
Contacting customers when orders are ready for pickup
Keeping the front office and customer area organized
Assisting with basic administrative tasks
Supporting our sales and production team as needed

Position Details

Location: Nanaimo, BC

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Position: Full-Time

Pay: $18.25 –$21.00 per hour, depending on experience
