OverviewMaintenance Technician - Pallet CompanyWe are seeking a reliable and experiencedHeavy Equipment Maintenance Technicianto support the ongoing maintenance and repair of our pallet manufacturing equipment and facility. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on heavy equipment experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently to minimize downtime.What you will doPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on pallet manufacturing equipment and heavy machineryTroubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issuesMaintain and repair forklifts, loaders, saws, conveyors, and other production equipmentConduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment safetyComplete maintenance logs and work orders accuratelyCoordinate with production team to minimize downtime and maintain workflowEnsure compliance with health and safety standards and company policiesAssist Maintenance staff with general facility maintenance as requiredQualificationsPrevious maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial,
