Hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager with a background in Call Center Management.

This role has one objective: Make the phones ring.

What You’ll Own
Own and grow 3 lead sources
Train, Hire and Motivate the sales team
Manage inbound/outbound call operations
Track leads, calls, and appointment bookings
Suggest new ideas and strategies
Weekly meetings with owners

What We’re Looking For
Call center management experience is required
Generate leads and maintain conversion
Drive, ambition, entrepreneur attitude
