Duties
Supervise children during outdoor playtime, ensuring their safety at all times
Facilitate age-appropriate games and activities that promote physical activity and social interaction
Maintain a clean and organized playground area, inspecting equipment regularly for safety hazards
Support children in developing social skills by encouraging cooperation, sharing, and respectful behavior
Assist with setting up outdoor learning stations or themed play areas to enhance the play experience
Communicate effectively with children, parents,



and staff to ensure a positive environment
Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications
Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is highly preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Solid tutoring or teaching skills to support children's developmental needs
Ability to engage children actively while maintaining safety standards
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
