Sezzle is seeking a Customer Agent to deliver outstanding support across email, live chat and phone with a customer-first mindset. You will troubleshoot, craft transparent instructions, and help customers get the most from Sezzle’s services.
We require 3+ years of customer support experience, fluency in English and French, and familiarity with Zendesk, LiveAgent or Jira. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, with a fixed Central Time-based schedule.
