Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
Conduct commercial cleaning in offices, restrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and issues.
Assist with facilities maintenance as needed, including minor repairs or reporting major issues.
Handle heavy lifting when required, such as moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly.

Skills




Strong facilities maintenance knowledge is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments is a plus.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning tasks.
Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
