We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy dental practice in West Edmonton. The person will be responsible to work with dental patients, plan treatments, complete pre-determination with insurance companies, update patient records, and support in day to day operations.
The person must be able to work on Saturdays.
Experience
Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with ClearDent or any other dental practice software
Familiarity with insurance transactions
Experience with Sterilization of dental equipment and instruments
Proven office experience demonstrating organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and compassionately
