Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day PSW operations, onboarding current staff, and monitoring care quality through audits and rounds. This role seeks individuals committed to excellence in long-term care. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee PSW personal care services daily
Lead the hiring and orientation process for current PSWs




Monitor care quality via audits and leadership rounds
Distribute nursing supplies and monitor equipment needs
Provide mentorship and education to staff for improved practices Requirements:
Graduate of a PSW Certificate/Diploma Program
Experience as a PSW in Long Term Care
Knowledge of administering bedside care techniques
Strong computer and typing skills across relevant programs
