Centre is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to deliver critical support within its float pool. The role entails working across various units, with shifts scheduled based on unit needs. Essential skills include medication administration, patient assessments, and therapeutic relationship-building, ensuring a compassionate and secure setting for all patients. Key Responsibilities:
Provide care across Long-Term Care and inpatient units
Conduct vital signs and mental health assessments
Administer medications and perform injections
Facilitate effective patient handling and recovery procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and foster therapeutic relations Requirements:
Diploma in Practical Nursing and current CNO registration
CPR/AED certification and CPI training
