We’re looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead our team and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

What We’re Looking For
Proven dental management experience
Experience leading a large team and multiple providers
Strong knowledge of dental KPIs, scheduling, and treatment acceptance
Confident, hands-on leadership style
Patient-focused and comfortable in a rapid-paced environment
Spanish fluency strongly preferred

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop the team
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient flow
Drive practice performance and patient retention
Partner with dentists to optimize the practice
Build a positive, accountable team culture
