Role Description

As Mosaic’s first Product Designer, you will shape both our product and our design culture from the ground up. You will work directly with the founding team to define our product vision, craft exceptional user experiences, and bring our brand to life. Your work will influence how businesses across North America move their products every day.

What You'll Do:
Lead design from research and wireframes to prototypes, testing, and final UI
Build our design system and ensure consistent experiences across the product
Conduct user interviews and usability testing to turn insights into impactful design decisions
Collaborate with marketing to evolve our visual identity across brand touchpoints including the website, sales materials, and social channels

You're A Fit If You:




Excel at building from 0 to 1 and creating structure in uncharted territory
Have multidisciplinary skills spanning UX research, interaction design, and visual design, with a desire to keep growing
Want the growth, equity upside, and direct influence that come with a founding-level role
Bring 2–5 years of experience in product design or related fields

Bonus Points For:
Experience in B2B SaaS, logistics, or operational software
Working directly with developers in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with Framer or Webflow
