Product Designer – Mobile & Web

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our product team and design new features for our B2B payments platform. You will work on both mobile and web applications, support current product launches, and create proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pitch decks for prospective clients.

The ideal candidate has robust UI/UX and visual design skills, experience with B2B, SaaS, or FinTech platforms, and can manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Managers to define user stories and requirements
Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to deliver high-quality products
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web
Design complex workflows such as merchant onboarding, transaction flows, and reporting dashboards
Maintain consistency across UI patterns, branding, and design systems
Present design concepts to internal teams and clients and iterate based on feedback
Rapidly iterate designs using user feedback and post-launch insights




Build prototypes, POCs, and design-driven pitch decks
Design solutions that meet financial, regulatory, and technical requirements

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience designing B2B, SaaS, or FinTech products
Experience with payment platforms, merchant-facing products, or financial systems
Robust understanding of UX best practices and visual design principles
Experience creating pitch decks or concept presentations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience working in an Agile, cross-functional environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop

Portfolio Requirements
Portfolio with 4–5 digital design projects
Must include mobile app designs
Must include complex B2B or data-heavy platform designs

Nice to Have
Copywriting or marketing experience
Knowledge of payments industry standards, APIs, or data models
