You will provide essential support, monitor client activities, and ensure adherence to program policies. The work environment may involve handling sensitive situations and requires a commitment to helping marginalized individuals. Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate support to clients in crisis
Monitor activities and needs of individuals in the center
Document incidents and enforce program policies as needed




Prepare meals and assist with kitchen duties when required
Participate in relevant training sessions for skill development Requirements:
High school completion is mandatory
Experience in Social Service work or Mental Health is preferred
Willingness to undergo Narcan/Naloxone training
Robust communication skills and ability to de-escalate conflicts
Understanding of qualified boundaries with vulnerable populations Support individuals struggling with homelessness and contribute to a meaningful community service with The Salvation Army.
