Sterling Rivers is seeking an experienced People Operations Generalist to enhance employee journeys from hiring through daily support. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding experiences, and employee queries while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This role requires solid judgment, organizational skills, and a builder's mindset to develop processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage full-cycle recruitment and draft employment contracts • Design impactful onboarding experiences aligned with culture • Address employee inquiries regarding policies and perks • Develop policies that meet current legislation • Oversee office operations, supplies, and event coordination

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business • 3+ years of HR generalist experience • Knowledge of Ontario employment law • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment • Solid organizational and communication skills
