You will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding experiences, and employee queries while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Manage full-cycle recruitment and draft employment contracts
Design impactful onboarding experiences aligned with culture




Address employee inquiries regarding policies and advantages
Develop policies that meet current legislation

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
3+ years of HR generalist experience
Knowledge of Ontario employment law
