About the Role We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, works well as part of a team, and is enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
Assist pharmacists with the preparation, packaging, and distribution of medications
Greet patients and confirm prescription and patient information
Accurately enter patient and prescription information into the pharmacy system




Provide friendly and efficient customer service, and refer clinical questions to the pharmacist
Process prescription pickups, payments, and cashier transactions
Maintain accurate patient and medication records
Assist with pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and well maintained
Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to support daily pharmacy operations
Perform other duties as required to support the pharmacy team

Qualifications & Skills
Able to speak Mandarin
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Proficient with computers, data entry, and common office/pharmacy software
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
