We are seeking a dedicated Part time Pharmacist (Saturday shift) to join our healthcare team. Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately using pharmacy software (Kroll)
Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy and provide counseling on medication use and potential side effects
Administer immunizations and oversee medication administration processes in accordance with medical protocols
Collaborate with healthcare providers on medical management plans




Perform patient service duties such as answering questions, providing education, and supporting overall patient care initiatives
Utilize pharmacy software efficiently for prescription processing, documentation, and reporting purposes

Requirements
Valid pharmacist license with current registration in Ontario
Experience in community pharmacy required
Knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices
Familiarity with Kroll and pharmacy billing
Ability to perform patient assessments effectively and deliver exceptional patient service
Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and patient-centered care

Job Type: Part time Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Licence/Certification
Ontario Pharmacist License (required)
