Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation activities, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to meet health and safety regulations
Supervise and support team members during shifts, fostering a team-oriented and energetic work workplace
Manage food handling procedures to ensure freshness, safety, and compliance with food industry standards
Serve food efficiently to customers or staff while maintaining excellent hospitality standards
Support restaurant management with daily operations,



including inventory checks and restocking supplies

Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service roles within the food industry
Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in a culinary or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve customers effectively
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and serving procedures is a plus
Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to delivering outstanding food experiences
