As a Cook, you will utilize standardized recipes to prepare nutritious meals, monitor food quality, and oversee Dietary Aides during meal service. Your culinary expertise will contribute to delivering excellent care and service in our community. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare meals including complex dishes and diets
Adjust menus and maintain records as needed
Monitor food supply quality and kitchen equipment
Direct Dietary Aides during food preparation
Ensure meals are served safely and on time Requirements:
Chef training or Cook qualification certificate
Experience in institutional or large quantity cooking
Ability to lead and work in a busy setting
