In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and repairing equipment to keep our operations running seamlessly. Duties
Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate
Perform repairs using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
Troubleshoot mechanical problems quickly and effectively to minimize downtime
Assist in installing new equipment or upgrading existing systems to improve efficiency
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used for accountability and future reference
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues
Touch up and painting of rooms,



hallways or any other areas identified during inspections.
Power washing entrances.
Guest support as needed.
Walking between properties in downtown is required based on job needs during the shift.
Support emergency repairs or urgent maintenance requests as needed to keep operations on track

Experience
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance or repair roles
Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or diagrams to diagnose issues accurately
Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance challenges
Prior experience painting and dry wall repairs.
Quick learner and proactive.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly
