Carling Mazda is seeking a Service Lot Attendant to join our team! This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working with people and vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Whether you’re starting your automotive career or looking to build your skills, you’ll be part of a supportive team focused on delivering an excellent customer experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, organized and presentable service lot, service drive and customer parking areas
Move and position customer vehicles safely around the dealership and service lot
Move vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas and other dealership departments
Prepare customer vehicles for pickup following service, including washing, vacuuming and cleaning
Ensure customer vehicles are properly parked, secured and ready for scheduled appointments and pickup
Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle movement and other day-to-day service department needs
Assist with customer vehicle pickups, drop-offs and shuttling between dealership locations as required
Inspect vehicles for visible damage and report any issues to the appropriate department
Maintain vehicle keys and ensure vehicles are parked in their designated areas
Perform basic lot maintenance, including snow removal,



debris clearing and keeping walkways accessible
Pick up or deliver parts, vehicles or other items as required
Perform other service department, vehicle and lot-related duties as required

Qualifications:
Friendly, professional and customer-focused
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using tablets, smartphones and other technology
Valid Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record
Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Previous dealership or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Basic automotive knowledge is an asset
