Pay: $17/hour (Full-Time)

Overview:

Wendy’s Millwoods Downtown Edmonton is looking for a reliable and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to lead our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in the rapid-food or restaurant industry and is ready to take on a leadership role ensuring smooth overnight operations.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support team members during the night shift
Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Handle cash control, deposits, and nightly reports
Manage guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
Oversee closing and opening procedures as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations

Qualifications:




Minimum 1 year of experience in rapid food or restaurant operations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Must be available to work full-time during the 5pm to 1am shift
