Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food handling procedures meet safety and sanitation regulations
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment
Support the team during service hours by efficiently serving dishes to ensure timely delivery




Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure quality standards are met
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and uphold high standards of food quality

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments with a focus on food preparation and cooking
Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary fundamentals
Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with team members
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including timing, plating, and presentation standards
Enthusiasm for learning new cooking methods and advancing culinary skills
