Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations




Follow proper food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene
Support other kitchen staff during busy service periods to ensure timely meal delivery
Adhere to serving guidelines and assist in plating dishes for presentation

Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and positive communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Passion for the food industry with a commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction

Pay: $18.25-$25.48 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
