Amrize is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee scheduled maintenance tasks and lead a team of millwrights.

You will ensure compliance with health and safety policies while driving productivity and maintaining high-quality standards in mechanical maintenance. Your expertise will be critical in responding promptly to breakdowns, coordinating training for apprentices, and maintaining accurate reporting on maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies




Oversee completion of scheduled maintenance jobs
Assign tasks to millwrights based on priorities
Respond to emergency breakdowns rapidly
Coordinate millwright training programs Requirements:
DEP in industrial mechanics or equivalent experience
5 years of maintenance supervision experience
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and SAP
Robust interpersonal skills with plant personnel
Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance Lead your team to success with a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence at Amrize.
