We are Tofino’s newest restaurant, located at Pacific Sands Resort, building an energetic and passionate team from the ground up.

Our menu is rooted in coastal comfort food — wood-fired cooking, fresh seafood, seasonal vegetables, and handmade elements — all inspired by meals we’ve loved through travel and years in hospitality.

Position Overview The Line Cook is responsible for executing a smooth, organized service — from first prep to last plate.

Key Responsibilities
Execute service with consistency and attention to detail
Prepare and set up station for service
Maintain a clean, organized,



and efficient station
Assist with prep
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly

Qualifications
Previous line cook experience preferred
Experience in Pasta, grill, and garde manger stations, an asset
Solid organization and time management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Reliable
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, days and nights
