Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Cook menu items accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
Assist with plating dishes to ensure presentation is appealing and consistent
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts




Support the team during busy service periods by managing multiple tasks effectively
Ensure all food served meets health regulations and company standards for safety and hygiene

Experience
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting preferred but not required; training provided for motivated newcomers
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service principles in a rapid-paced environment
Understanding of basic food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Experience working in a team-oriented kitchen workplace with attention to detail and efficiency
