As Maintenance

Manager, you will ensure the highest maintenance and housekeeping standards are upheld in our retirement residences. Lead a dedicated team and work directly with the Executive Director to create a thriving, eco-friendly workplace for seniors. Your expertise in building systems will contribute to operational excellence and resident happiness. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the environmental services team
Implement maintenance schedules and eco-inspections
Engage directly with residents to gather feedback
Ensure all safety and health regulations are met
Enhance equipment performance and reliability Requirements:
3+ years in maintenance or environmental services
Leadership experience in a unionized setting preferred
Solid technical knowledge of plumbing and HVAC
Ability to manage health and safety certifications
