Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a protected and clean kitchen environment
Support food service operations by assembling ingredients, garnishing plates, and ensuring timely delivery of orders
Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation during busy service periods
Follow all food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices to uphold health standards
Maintain organized workstations, including cleaning and restocking supplies as needed




Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and supporting fellow staff members

Experience
Prior food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols
Experience in handling various food industry equipment such as knives, fryers, ovens, and prep stations
Knowledge of serving standards and customer service principles to ensure guest satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic understanding of food handling regulations and food safety practices
Previous experience in meal preparation or working within a busy kitchen setting is a plus
