Responsibilities
Prep and cook menu items following our recipes and standards
Keep the kitchen stocked and food consistent
Work quickly in a busy, high-energy BBQ environment
Communicate with the team to keep service smooth
Skills
Food Handler Certification
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Hard-working, efficient, reliable, with versatile availability
Kitchen experience: 1+ years preferred (BBQ experience a plus — but we’ll train the right person)
