Responsibilities
Cooking food from scratch to order in a 65 seat restaurant with 40 patio seats as well
following recipes, checklists and cleaning responsibilities
working as a team to ensure that the kitchen is stocked with prepared food for service, and maintaining par levels
working as a team to ensure that the cleanliness in the kitchen is upheld at all times by adhering to daily and weekly cleaning checklists
Be accountable, have a sense of urgency, be respectful
