Crossroads Staffing is looking for two reliable and physically capable individuals to assist with a residential move within Orillia. This is a outstanding opportunity for casual or part time workers seeking a one-day assignment with competitive pay.
Responsibilities
Load furniture and household items into a U-Haul truck
Safely carry and move items between locations
Unload furniture and belongings into a storage unit
Follow instructions from the homeowner during the move
Use proper lifting techniques and work safely at all times
Maintain a skilled and respectful attitude
Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
Reliable and punctual
Steel-toe boots preferred
Previous moving, warehouse, construction, or general labour experience is an asset
Comfortable working on stairs and carrying furniture through residential environments

Location: Orillia
Duration: One-day assignment
Hours: Tuesday (August 25, 2026) 10 am to 6 pm
Pay Rate: $22/hr, with weekly pay and overtime after 44 hours
