We are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Online Marketing Assistant to join our energetic marketing team.

About the Role

As an Online Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Marketing Manager with a range of digital marketing tasks. From content publishing to social media engagement, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, creative environment where your contributions directly support our clients’ online success.

What You’ll Do
Upload and manage blogs and content updates on client websites using our CRM tools
Assist in creating and publishing social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Help grow client brand awareness by engaging with followers and potential leads on social media
Ensure branding and messaging consistency across all digital platforms
Perform general administrative duties,



including answering phone calls and greeting clients in-office

What You Bring
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and how to engage audiences
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Previous marketing or digital support experience is an asset

Nice to Have
Knowledge of additional languages (Ukrainian, Polish, Russian, etc.)
Basic graphic design skills for creating social media visuals
