Duties
Safely operate commercial trucks over long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Load and unload freight using forklift or other heavy equipment when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securement.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight details, and delivery documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep trucks in optimal condition.
Ensure freight is secured properly for transit, preventing damage during transportation.

Requirements
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Proven experience in commercial driving, especially in long-haul routes.
Robust communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers and clients.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
