Counsel, you will advise on various legal aspects including labor and employment law, regulatory compliance, and risk assessments. A candidate with over 10 years of experience will play a key role in developing policies and preparing legal contracts while ensuring compliance with corporate laws. Key Responsibilities:
Offer legal counsel on compliance and corporate issues
