We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Receptionist to join our team. Trained for lab .The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring proper phone etiquette.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk calendar.
Help MD in various tasks
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including filing and maintaining client records.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a professional environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Skills




Proficient in Avaros or similar other medical clinic systems.
Robust computer skills with experience in data entry , clerical work And Billing.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in medical clinics is preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
Strong typing skills with accuracy in proofreading documents.
Experience managing multi-line phone systems effectively.

Job Type: Part time Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
