EyeWell is looking for a reliable, capable, and friendly Optometric Assistant to join our team.

Previous experience in an optometry or optical setting is strongly preferred. Experience with Visual Eyes software and/or working in an Eye Recommend clinic is a definite asset. We are looking for someone who is organized, confident, dependable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and manage front-desk duties
Update patient records and collect medical history
Perform pre-testing and assist with patient flow
Assist with frame and lens selection
Process payments and insurance claims
Assist with eyewear orders, inventory, and pickups
Keep the clinic organized and running smoothly





Qualifications
Previous optometry/optical experience preferred
Visual Eyes experience is an asset
Strong communication and computer skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to multitask in a busy environment
Reliable, punctual, and capable
Positive attitude and solid team player
