We are seeking a reliable and dedicated semi retired or retired person river to join our team. This is year round part time job. This role requires robust communication skills and the ability to handle lifting bags and suitcases as part of airport trips.
Duties
Safely operate company vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring that items are secured and handled properly to prevent damage.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Assist in the planning of delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce delays.
Qualifications
Valid commercial driving license (CDL) class 4 unrestricted referred; experience in commercial driving is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to perform lifting as required, with a focus on safety and proper lifting techniques.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A clean driving record with no major violations is preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
