Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Foreman to lead our crews through various landscaping projects. This role involves supervising in office operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, construction experience, and a passion for horticulture and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise landscape construction crews to complete projects on time and within scope
Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to maintain productivity
Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and company policies
Oversee installation of irrigation systems, gardening features, and other landscape elements
Conduct quality inspections to guarantee immaculate results in softscape and hardscape work
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution




Assist with troubleshooting on-site issues related to horticulture, irrigation, or construction

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or related fields
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, horticulture principles, and landscape maintenance
Construction experience with a focus on hardscape or softscape installation
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to read technical drawings, or project plans is a plus
