We are currently seeking a Labourer with construction experience to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Labourer at Letcar Mechanical, you will be responsible for assisting with general construction tasks, maintenance, and repairs. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled tradespeople, while also having the opportunity to take the lead on various tasks when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform general construction labor such as site clean-up, material handling, and basic construction tasks.
Assist in drywall work, painting, and flooring installation.
Support skilled trades in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
Maintain equipment and ensure tools are available and functional.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments, including adverse weather conditions.
Adhere to daily/weekly schedules and ensure punctuality.
Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe work setting.

Required Skills:




Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract required.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
Solid verbal communication and ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques.
Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
CSTS and CSO is preferred

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
