Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy treatments using various techniques to address clients’ specific concerns and promote relaxation
Assess client needs through effective communication and understanding of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health
Maintain detailed, accurate records of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with health regulations
Educate clients on post-treatment care, self-care strategies, and wellness practices to enhance ongoing health benefits
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment workplace by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans,



expectations, and any necessary follow-up steps
Collaborate with team members to coordinate scheduling, manage client flow, and improve overall service quality

Experience
Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body in your region
Prior experience delivering massage therapy services in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal conditions and treatment modalities
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients
Demonstrated ability to listen actively, assess client needs accurately, and tailor treatments accordingly
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
