Direct management of HVAC maintenance contracts
Supervise engineering team and subcontractor performance

Distribute workloads among field engineers
Engage in project delivery for contract variations Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial plumbing and heating
Relevant qualifications like NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating
SMSTS/SSSTS certification preferred
Gas Secure, OFTEC, or ACS qualifications advantageous
