The role involves supporting the rollout of a current lending platform and expanding a growing portfolio, including US Whole Loans and mortgage-related initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst
Domain expertise in US Whole Loans, mortgages, or lending (critical requirement)
Experience within Capital Markets environments




Proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast delivery settings
Solid understanding of data mapping and system integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements across capital markets and lending workflows
Support implementation of a new system (Finastra-based) and related integrations
Perform data mapping between source systems and downstream applications
Assist in building and refining data models
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-to-end business processes, particularly within lending and securitization
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
Work closely with development teams to support delivery in a quick-paced environment
