Key Responsibilities:
• Interact warmly with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and suggestions
• Recommend loyalty programs and brand initiatives
• Switch between various roles such as Cash & Wrap and Stockroom
• Address and resolve guest inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
• At least 16 years old
• Retail experience preferred but not required
• Available for night and weekend shifts
• High energy and multitasking abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products
