Become the Anishinaabe Curriculum Manager at Oshki-Wenjack, focused on enriching Indigenous education through culturally relevant courses. This full time, permanent position is essential for advancing First Nation education based on community priorities. This unique role is dedicated to First Nations candidates who possess deep knowledge of Anishinaabe culture and pedagogies.

You will lead a team to create high-quality curricula that reflect community needs and IAESC accreditation standards while building robust networks with Elders and Knowledge Holders. Your leadership will support initiatives that honor Anishinaabe identity and land-based learning. Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging course content with instructional specialists




Conduct needs assessments to inform program development
Coordinate full curriculum development cycles
Ensure materials reflect Anishinaabe teachings and practices
Prepare accreditation documentation and support evaluations Requirements:
Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's required
Minimum 5 years in program development
Experience with Indigenous educational methods
Solid leadership and team-building skills
