Your responsibilities involve performing markups using Bluebeam Revu and collaborating closely with the Production Manager and construction teams to ensure accurate cost analysis and documentation. Additionally, you will aid in the validation of purchase orders and facilitate communication between clients and project teams. Key Responsibilities:
Perform Bluebeam Revu markups for quantity take-offs
Review residential construction drawings for scope assessment
Manage communications via residential inbox
Prepare material quantity calculations for drywall and paint
Assist with data entry in estimating systems Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years data entry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
