Act as the primary resource for customer accounting inquiries
Help customers utilize platform features effectively
Manage the onboarding process and data transitions
Create and update process documentation for ease of use
Simplify accounting terminology for clients Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping position
Robust grasp of accounting fundamentals
Bilingual capabilities (French/English) are an asset
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
