Elevate BDC’s software engineering as the Assistant Vice President, Application Services. Lead modernization initiatives, enhance engineering standards, and drive cloud transformation in a team-oriented hybrid setting. As the AVP, Application Services, reporting to the VP, Technology Architecture & Application Services, you will spearhead the software engineering organization at BDC.

This pivotal role requires strategic leadership in software development, quality assurance, and operational excellence. You will utilize modern engineering practices to enhance delivery, security, and the application portfolio’s reliability. Key Responsibilities:
Champion engineering excellence through up-to-date methodologies and DevSecOps
Drive platform modernization and cloud adoption initiatives




Innovate advance platform engineering and AI integration
Recruit and mentor exceptional technical talent
Define the vision for Application Services and coordinate with stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred
10+ years of leadership in software engineering
Experience managing large technology teams
Proven history of application modernization success
Bilingual in English and French essential Lead engineering talent and drive innovation at BDC as part of a transformative team.
