Carry an independent litigation case load effectively
Defend auto claims and handle bodily injury matters
Conduct thorough assessments on liability and damages
Attend case conferences and tribunal hearings
Draft motions and legal opinions meticulously Requirements:
Juris Doctor or equivalent legal qualification
At least seven years in relevant legal practice
Robust filing experience in insurance defence
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
